Barnet youngster Luke Gambin has become the second player from the club’s Centre of Excellence to agree a professional deal this summer.
The 19-year-old came on as a late substitute in the Bees final home game of the season – a 4-0 victory over AFC Wimbledon.
Gambin follows Elliot Johnson in signing a pro-deal with Barnet and told the club’s website: “I'm absolutely over the moon. Now that the contract is signed I can't wait for the new season to get underway and I'm hoping for more good things to come.”
He added: "Obviously it means a lot. This is the first step in my professional career and I want to use this opportunity to build towards my future in the game. I'm really hopeful that there are more good things to come for me at Barnet FC."
