Hendon came from behind to take all three points in Kent on Saturday.
Frankie Chappell opened the scoring for the hosts just after half-time, before Hendon's James Reading saved a penalty.
That proved to be the turning point, as a brace from Belal Aite-Ouakrim gave the Greens the victory.
The result moves Hendon up to 14th place in the table.
