Hendon United played top West Herts Youth League leaders Hemel Stag Aces U12 Lions. Lions' goalscorers were James Verney and Jake Strain. Strain was denied a certain brace courtesy of an impressive two handed tip-over the bar from Hendon ‘keeper Robert Ellman. Hendon played in a very sporting way, but were unable to fully convert the good opportunities they created.
