Hendon U18s have, for a few weeks, been promising to give a team a severe beating and, on Sunday, they delivered in style.

Enfield Community were the unfortunate team on the wrong end of a 15–0 drubbing in the Cheshunt Youth League as a magnificent performance gained full reward.

Amazingly, with a little less than half an hour on the clock, Hendon’s lead was only two goals, first-team squad members Bradley Ambrose (12 minutes) and Barkley Miguel Panzo (21), netting.

Enfield Community conceded a third goal, to Jerome NTUMBA, after 29 minutes and MIGUEL PANZO got his second seven minutes later.

In the second half, it was one way traffic as Hendon added 11 goals, started by AMBROSE, three minutes after the resumption.

Ferhat PIRUDAK got in on the act after 56 minutes, followed, four minutes later, by Corey STEWART.

Last week’s match-winning hero Ivan TIHATI, again a substitute, had an even more prolific impact after coming on, bagging three of the next five goals.

In between TIHATI’s first and second strikes, Jay OLOKO netted and, before TIHATI completed his hat-trick, NTUMBA bagged his second.

As Enfield Community crumbled Ryan McFARLANE, Hassan DUNGUNYRDU and Patrick DAVAL all got their names on the scoresheet.

Despite 10 different goalscorers, the man of the match award was shared between Steven GONZALEZ, who failed to find the target and DAVAL, who got the last of the 15 goals.

“As a pair, they completely dominated the middle of the park,” said manager Jason Fevrier. “We were in complete control and, by the end of the game, Enfield seemed to give up and they were arguing with each other. We played some fantastic football and our movement was superb.”
