London ABA champions Ben Illeyemi (heavyweight) and Sam Patrick (middleweight) moved to the quarter-final stage of the national ABA Novice Championships.
Illeyemi was involved in a pulsating clash over four rounds with Dan Chapman of Milton Keynes at Cheshunt.
He gave his opponent two standing counts, before triumphing in an overwhelming win.
Patrick received a walkover.
Meanwhile, at Park Royal, national ABA women's champion Lucy Murphy was a clear winner over Michelle Adams. The unbeaten Murphy showed her class in an impressive performance.
In Camden Town, Michael McDonagh was a clear winner, but Adam Chaima lost his bout in Birmingham. However, another member of the Chaima family - Omar - was victorious in his latest fight for Finchley & District ABC.
