Finchley Racers returned to winning ways this weekend, via two riders on the comeback trail.
On Thursday night, the 'Hoggenberg' racing circuit one again proved to be a happy hunting ground, with comeback man Simon Hime, returning to racing afer a year out, winning the veterans' race in fine style. Steve Wharton also won his age class.
And on Sunday, Lee Rowe, coming back after two years out, placed fifth in the Elite-category BC Baracchi 100km event. It was an eventful race, marred by crashes, with the unlucky Werner Otto in 12th place.
