Finchley remain in the Middlesex County League Division One title race after seeing off Teddington on Saturday.
Ben Claypole took five wickets as Teddington were bowled out for 189.
In reply, Finchley reached their target in the 31st over with four wickets to spare.
Steve Selwood (60) and Majed Ali (56) were the top scorers.
Finchley are third in the table, 16 points behind leaders and current champions Ealing.
But, with ten points for a win, the Summers Lane outfit are still very much in the chase.
Meanwhile, Stanmore and Brondesbury drew their game, though the former gained three more points due to a faster run rate.
Stanmore made 254-5, with Bron reaching 90-4 when play concluded.
Barnet Bs are second in Division Three. They also got the better of a draw with Barnes.
