Barnet chairman Tony Kleanthous has been voted on to the Football League board of directors.
Kleanthous replaces Wycombe chairman Ivor Becks as the League Two representative.
He will serve for three years, subject to promotion or relegation.
Kleanthous has been chairman of the Bees for 13 years.
