Emma Ania won two silver medals for GB & NI at the SPAR European Cup in France over the weekend.
The Shaftesbury Barnet sprinter finished second in the 100m, clocking a time of 11.22sec.
She then helped the British quartet to second place in the 4x100m relay, running the final leg in a combined team time of 42.95sec.
Marilyn Okoro was in the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth, while Tasha Danvers and Noni Mordi had to settle for seventh and eighth-place finishes in the 400m hurdles and triple jump respectively.
For the men, Allan Scott impressed to finish fourth in the 110m hurdles.
In a highly competitive race, Scott crossed the line in 13.70sec, just missing out on a medal.
* It has been a good week for Barnet & District's Hetty Rudman.
In her first attempt, she came third in the Herts County U13 pentathlon at Hemel Hempstead.
And at the London Youth Games a few days earlier, representing the Borough of Barnet, she won both the U13 long jump and 100m.
