Two successful football clubs have joined forces to ensure youngsters go far in the game.
Hadley Wood, a development centre and Charter Standard club, are now working with Ryman League Division One North Wingate & Finchley FC as their youth feeder club.
Hadley Wood & Wingate FC areplanning to enter several teams into the Eastern Alliance Semi Pro League next season, as well as taking part in the Watford Friendly League, with a view to progressing these teams into the Semi Pro League in the future.
Wingate & Finchley have firmly established themselves in the Ryman League and, though this season was not their greatest on the pitch, the Blues have earned much respect from their Non-League peers over the years.
They have a reputation of being a well-run family club.
Hadley Wood & Wingate FC are keen to encourage youngsters to join their new venture.
Recent trials attracted much interest, prompting organisers to stage another open session for next season's U15s' side at Bartrams Lane, Hadley Wood, this Saturday.
Anyone interested in playing for the U15s is invited to attend the trial, which will take place from 10.30am to 11.30am.

The highlight is a home game against League Two Barnet at the Abrahams Stadium on July 29.
