Though Barnet only have pride to play for, the Hatters are gunning for automatic promotion.
Jim Gannon's side have already booked a place in the play-offs, but they still have hopes of catching third-placed Hereford United for the final automatic promotion spot.
County are one of the form sides. Saturday's 3-2 home defeat to leaders MK Dons was Stockport's first loss since the middle of February. They have taken 26 points from their last ten games.
