Barnet midfielder Neal Bishop suffered knee ligament damage in the game at Accrington.
There were fears he had sustained a break.
Bishop, who scored Barnet's opener, was carried off and later taken for an X-Ray.
But it revealed no break.
However, the midfielder, who has had an excellent first season for the Bees, looks like he will miss the final two games of the campaign.
