Barnet FC Football in the Community are expanding their Kickz project initiative by launching the Bees Street League.
This FREE 6-a-side league will begin on May 2, and run every Friday thereafter. The first registration night will take place on Friday, April 25 at 7pm, for squads of 10, at Underhill School.
To download a registration form or to find out more details see the community pages at www.barnetfc.com Kickz is a national project backed by the Premier League, Football League and the Police, using the power of football and the appeal of professional clubs to give opportunities to 13 - 18 year olds to become involved in positive activities three nights a week, 48 weeks of the year. The aim is to create safer, stronger, more respectful communities through the development of young people's potential.
Kickz in Barnet runs at Underhill Junior School, Mays Lane, on a Wednesday, between 6pm and 8pm.
You can turn up and play and, on Fridays between 7pm and 9pm, there will be the Bees Street League. Sessions are open for boys and girls. (A registration form must be completed) The club are in the process of launching a third night offering other activities such as dance and self defence.
