Edgware Town have just two games left in which to secure a place in the Ryman League Division One North play-offs.
And they can have no tougher clash this Saturday.
The Wares welcome league leaders Dartford to the White Lion in what has become a must-win match following Saturday's 1-0 defeat at AFC Sudbury.
Edgware conclude their campaign with a trip to Ware seven days later.
The Wares must finish in the top five to make the play-offs, so the odds are perhaps against them, but three points against their Kent visitors would give them much hope and set up a thrilling final-day encounter at Ware, another of their promotion rivals.
* Potters Bar Town were 2-1 winners at Waltham Abbey on Saturday, while Wingate & Finchley went down 3-1 at Ilford. The Scholars host Brentwood Town on Saturday, while the Blues entertain Waltham Abbey.
