CRICKET: Barnet Bs CC begin their coaching sessions for boys and girls on Friday, April 25.
The coaching sessions, at 6.30pm, will take place at the club's Underhill ground in Barnet Lane.
More than a dozen qualified Middlesex coaches will continue to put youngsters through their paces each Friday throughout the summer.
The club also play competitive cricket against other clubs in leagues that are organised by the Middlesex Colts Association. New junior members (boys and girls) aged six to 18 are most welcome.
The club have excellent facilities, including top-of-the-range external nets which have been provided by the English Cricket Board at a cost of over £25,000.
The club also run four adult Saturday and two adult Sunday sides, with the first team playing in the prestigious Middlesex County League.
The Sunday sides play in the very popular Chess Valley League, while there is also a ladies' team that plays in the newly-formed Middlesex Ladies League.
The club are looking to strengthen all of their sides and eager to attract new players. They are also on the lookout for umpires, scorers and anyone interested in cricket and wants to help in some capacity.

GOLF: Golfers have the opportunity to find out how their local club professionals perform in the heat of competition at Hadley Wood GC on Monday.
The Barnet-based club is staging one of eight regional qualifiers in this year's prestigious Glenmuir PGA Professional Championship (the flagship tournament for club professionals).
Up to 600 pros will take part, with a field of 156 going on to compete in this summer's final at the historic Moortown Golf Club, Leeds, where the Ryder Cup was first played on British soil.
Bill Beckett, general manager of Hadley Wood GC, a regional qualifier venue for The Open 2000-2005, said: "We're delighted to be staging this high-profile event.
"Local golf fans will get to see some of the best PGA pros in action, while members and visitors can see up close how elite golfers play their own favourite course.
"It's always enjoyable to see how far pro golfers hit the ball and how their shot selection helps them shoot low scores.
"Watching them in action should give local golfers plenty of ideas about how to play next time they are on the course."
RUGBY: Champions Finchley rounded off their London Division Four North West campaign with a 32-18 win over Old Ashmoleans.
Barnet Elizabethans finish fifth after a 41-33 defeat at Hemel Hempstead.
Meanwhile, Hendon came from 23-7 down to draw 26-26 with Old Grammarians in Herts/Middx Division Two North.
Hendon host Old Isleworthians in the Middlesex Federation Vase final this Saturday.
WRESTLING: British wrestling returns to Totteridge on Saturday.
The LDN British Heavyweight Championship will be defended on the night, with Yorghos Christpolous taking on Michael Mendoza in the main event.

CYCLING: Finchley Racing Team's John McMillan claimed the club's highest placing over the weekend.
The ex-pro finished second in the over 50 race at Thaxted in Essex.
