Let us entertain you.
That seems to be the message from Barnet this week.
The Bees might not have much more to play for, but fans could be in for a treat in the final few weeks of the season.
Having reached the magic 50 points total following a 2-2 draw with Mansfield Town on Saturday, which Fairclough believed was enough to guarantee safety, Barnet went to Valley Parade on Tuesday looking like a side that had been released from their shackles.
They produced a dazzling first half, full of attacking football, and were only denied all three points late on, an excellent encounter ending in a 1-1 draw.
There is no pressure on the Bees and they can just go and enjoy their final five games, starting with a home clash against Bury this Saturday.
Fairclough said he would be trying out a few things now that Barnet are safe. Though Sagi Burton returned from injury on Tuesday, Fairclough preferred to leave midfielder Michael Leary in the centre of defence, with Joe Devera switching to right-back. Teenagers Danny Hart and Joe Tabiri are also expected to be given a chance before the season is out.
But it is up front where the most exciting things are happening.
In Albert Adomah, Adam Birchall, Anthony Thomas and Jason Puncheon, the Bees have an attacking force that has the potential to become the best in League Two.
The quartet showed just what they can do at Bradford on Tuesday, the hosts mesmerised by the pace and trickery of the fab four during a one-sided first 45 minutes, perhaps Barnet's best of the season.
Fans will just be hoping Fairclough can hold on to them all during the summer. If he can, exciting things could be just around the corner.
