Jack Barham looks set to depart the Hive after Barnet confirmed they had accepted an undisclosed fee from Dorking Wanderers for the striker.
The 23-year-old has found opportunities hard to come by for the Bees this season, making just four National League appearances and spent three months on loan at the National League South club until December.
The decision means Barham is now free to discuss personal terms with Dorking.
Meanwhile, Barnet have also confirmed that Andre Boucaud has left the club.
The midfielder moved from Dagenham & Redbridge in the summer of 2018 but was limited to 30 appearances in his 18 months with the Bees.
