A teenage swimmer from Barnet Copthall Swimming Club has become a double world champion in her age group.
Seventeen-year-old Megan Greensmith became world champion in both the aquathlon and duathlon, blowing the rest of the field away in both events at Penticton, Canada.
In the aquathlon, Greensmith finished 18 seconds ahead of her nearest rival with a time of 37.31 and the 17-year-old was just as dominant in the duathlon, finishing in 1:11.41, 42 seconds ahead of second place.
Greensmith was representing New Zealand and has been training with Copthall's senior squad since moving to England 18 months ago.
Barnet Copthall's head coach Rhys Gormley, said: "Megan has improved her swimming a great deal since arriving at Barnet due to her great work ethic and attention to detail.
"Becoming world champion is a fantastic accomplishment but well deserved for the hard work she has put in doing five swim sessions a week plus cycling and running training on top of that."
