Chris Hackett is handed his Barnet debut as Martin Allen makes three changes from the side which beat Bristol Rovers last weekend with top scorer John Akinde not in the squad.
Winger Hackett, signed on loan from Northampton Town on Tuesday, starts down the right-hand side in place of the suspended Andy Yiadom.
Shaun Batt takes Akinde’s place up front, just his second league start of the season, whilst Aaron McLean – who left this week for Ebbsfleet United – is replaced by Michael Gash.
Two other new signings, Mark Randall and Alie Sesay, are both named as substitutes.
Barnet: Stephens; Hoyte, N'Gala, Dembele, Johnson; Hackett, Weston, Togwell, Gambin; Batt, Gash.
Subs: McKenzie-Lyle (GK), Champion, Muggleton, Nwogu, Randall, Sesay, Taylor.
Carlisle United: Gillespie, Atkinson, Ellis, Raynes, Grainger; Joyce, Kennedy, Hery; Hope, Wyke, Ibehre.
Subs: Hanford (GK), Miller, Sweeney, Dicker, Gilliead, Archibald-Henville, Asamoah.
