Super sunday for Finchley Racing Team veterans
It was a super Sunday for the veterans of Finchley Racing Team as they returned with a three medal haul from the Region Nine Road Race Championship.
Vince Divine won the race overall and picked up a gold medal in the A category. Dermot Kealey would have been close to a medal but cramped up close to the finish.
Simon Himes won gold in the C category race and Costa Pierides claimed silver.There was also a victory for the time trial team of Trevor Burke and Nigel Stevens in the Victoria CC two up twenty five mile time trial.
