Finchley remain in mid-table in Middlesex League Division One after they secured a winning draw in their match against Winchmore Hill.
Finchley batted first and went on to post a commanding total of 318 for six with Sayed Bukhari (61), Jake Milton (68) and Hassan Khan (70 not out) all performing well.
Hill’s reply started solidly with openers Scott Newman (22) and Tom Ludlam (33) putting on 70 for the first wicket.
Mark Barrell added 77 further down the order as Hill ended short of their target on 285 for nine.
The pick of the Finchley bowlers were Imran Qayyum (two for 59) and Keerthi Ranasinghe (two for 29).
Finchley Seconds lost by 84 runs to Uxbridge Seconds in Second XI Division One, the Thirds ended with a losing draw from their match against Hampstead in Third XI Division One and the Fourths defeated Alexandra Park Thirds by ten wickets in 1987 Cricket League Division Two.
