Hendon start a new era on Tuesday as the Greens play their first match at their new home - Harrow Borough’s Earlsmead Stadium.
Gary McCann’s men will take on Edgar Davids’ Barnet with the Bees likely to field a full strength side.
Kick-off for the match is at 7.15pm and admission will be £5 for adults and £2.50 for concessions.
Barnet last met Hendon in a pre-season match in 1997 - a game the Bees won 1-0 at Claremont Road.
Greens manager McCann said he is excited to welcome the Bees to their new home.
He said: "I know they are mainly a young group but they will have players with plenty of experience at a high level and it will be great to lock horns with a footballing legend in Edgar Davids."
Hendon began their pre-season campaign with a 2-0 win over Tring Athletic on Saturday and they overcame Maidenhead United 3-1 on Tuesday evening.
The Greens travel to Cheshunt on Saturday before their home clash against the Bees.
