Potters Bar claimed their second league win of the season as they comprehensively defeated North Mymms by 151 runs in Home Counties Premier League Division One.
Bar lost the toss and were inserted on a hot day at The Walk. After losing both openers early into the innings, Tanweer Sikandar came in at number three and was in fine form.
Harrison Palmer was dismissed for 22 but that brought Daniel Pascoe to the crease and alongside Sikandar took the score from 71 for three to 229 for four.
Sikandar was eventually caught on 111 but Pascoe continue to play his shots and reached 98 before running out of partners.
Bar’s final total of 270 for eight was imposing and after North Mymms lost early wickets their chase looked impossible.
Stephen Snell (39) showed some resistance but his efforts were futile as his Mymms were dismissed for 119.
Pascoe rounded off a terrific display with impressive figures of six for 41 while Sikandar claimed two for 25.
