Four members of the Barnet Under-12 district side have been signed by League One club MK Dons.
Jack Hourican-Harvey, Recoe Martin, Zoriaz Khan and Dion Miftari impressed in a friendly match against the Dons in January and were offered trials with the club.
They impressed and were subsequently handed youth deals.
Joe Smith is in charge of the district side and he said: “I hope these guys are the first of many who can go on to enjoy their football at a higher level.
“I am trying to create an atmosphere of respect, intelligence and honour back into district football.
“The boys turn up in shirt, tie and shoes and I make sure they greet each other with a handshake and conduct themselves in a manner that represents their families and schools to the best possible degree.”
The quartet are all 12 years old and attend schools within the area.
Hourican-Harvey is a pupil at Finchley Catholic High School, while Martin attends Hendon High School.
Khan lives in Barnet and goes to Compton High School and Mill Hill resident Miftari attends Christ College High School.
