Edgar Davids is suspended while Mauro Vilhete and Chiro N'Toko drop to the bench.
In come Jordan Brown, Luke Gambin, Harry Crawford, Tom Flanagan, Jon Nurse and Curtis Weston.
Despite being suspended Davids will be on the touchline in his role as the Bees head coach.
