Hendon sit bottom of the Herts Middlesex One table after a heavy 48-12 defeat away at West London RFC.
The visitors started the contest positively and took the ball into the West London half. However, as soon as the hosts gained possession they carved through the Hendon defence to score.
After going behind, Hendon’s pack dominated with Brian O’Regan leading the charge. But they couldn’t break through and West London crossed the line for a second time.
The hosts then took control and ran in four more tries to go in at the interval 38-0 ahead.
Hendon improved after the break and good work from the visitors’ pack allowed scrum-half John MaCarty to dive through.
They scored again five minutes later with MaCarty touching down. Steve Brady added the extras.
West London added two further tries though to complete a resounding win against a Hendon side who face league leaders Harrow on Saturday.
