Community Barnet is continuing to offer free online support for mental health throughout the borough.
The Online Wellbeing Programme offers Barnet residents six-week online courses to deal with various issues including stress and anxiety.
Courses are available throughout the year, with the Stress and Anxiety session starting on Thursday June 28, and the Mood Boost session starting on Friday July 2
The online service is delivered by Dr Mike Scanlan, and anyone can take part as long as they are over 18. As the clinician delivers the session, you can ask questions anonymously without any other participants being able to see you or know you are there.
It's designed to deliver a useful service in the comfort of your own home, and all you need to tune in is an internet connection and a laptop, smartphone or tablet.
Other courses include managing workplace stress, improving your sleep, letting go of panic and enacting healthy lifestyle choices.
