If you're feeling down as the colder weeks continue, Community Barnet can help you free of charge.
The Online Wellbeing Programme, rolled out by the Barnet Wellbeing Service, offers Barnet residents free six-week online courses to deal with various issues including mental health.
Courses are available throughout the year, with the Mood Booster webinar starting on Monday March 8th at 7pm.
The webinar series is delivered by a qualified clinician, and anyone can take part as long as they are over 18. As the clinician delivers the webinar, you can ask questions anonymously without any other participants being able to see you or know you are there.
It's designed to deliver a useful service in the relaxing comfort of your own home, and all you need to tune in is an internet connection and a laptop, smartphone or tablet.
Other webinar courses include managing workplace stress, improving your sleep, decreasing stress and anxiety, letting go of panic and enacting healthy lifestyle choices.
