Aspiring models endured a nerve-wracking casting session in the latest round of Edgware’s Broadwalk to Catwalk competition on Saturday.
A total of 160 second round contestants were whittled down to just 23 finalists on Saturday in the modelling contest, sponsored by the Times Series .
Contestants aged four and over took to the red carpet in their age categories and strutted their stuff in front of hundreds of shoppers in The Broadwalk shopping centre, in Station Road.
Organiser Michael Tierney said: “There were some excellent kids and teenagers and all of the adults turned up, which was really encouraging.
“The standard was great and I know the judges are going to have a hard time choosing the winners.”
The 23 finalists, listed below in age category, will take to a stage in the shopping centre on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 of September to battle it out for a professional modelling contract.
