Dozens of tributes have been left at the scene of a motorbike crash in which a 22-year-old was killed in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Mourad Keskas, who lived in Hermitage Lane, Golders Green, died when his Suzuki veered off the road and hit a sign post near Staples Corner.
He was pronounced dead at the scene on the eastbound entry slip road of the North Circular at 1.45am.
Friends and family of the University of East London student have visited the scene and left bunches of flowers and personal messages.
One message reads: “Rest in peace my brother. May Allah bless you.”
Another says: “RIP Mourad. My life will never be the same without you.”
A woman named Sonia left a longer message taped to a lamp post.
It reads: “You have left me completely heartbroken and shocked.
“You are an amazing brother to me and you always will be.
“I can’t believe I am never going to see you again.
“We all love you so much. From your sister, Sonia.”
Mr Keskas, an international relations student and Arsenal fan, was on his way home from dinner with some friends in Hendon when he died.
He had only been riding motorbikes for a year.
On Friday his family will fly his body to Algeria for a funeral.
Police are appealing for witnesses of the crash to call them on 0208 8421817.
