From Monday there will be changes to the way the Northern Line is run.
A shuttle service between Mill Hill East and Finchley Central Tube stations will be introduced to ferry commuters every 15 minutes. With the shuttle system in place between 10am and 4pm, and after 7pm, more trains will be free to travel all the way to High Barnet. During peak-hours the timetable will remain as it is now.
Another measure being introduced in off-peak hours will see trains that usually run via Charing Cross to Morden terminate at Kennington instead. That will mean a more regular service on the Charing Cross branch. This weekend the line will again be suspended between Camden Town and East Finchley due to engineering works. Replacement buses will operate.
