I have, since November 2005, been trying to draw my local councillors' attention to the junction of Brookhill Road and Crescent Road, in East Barnet.
There have been at least 20 accidents in two years, including two last weekend. The incident on Friday resulted in one car smashing into the nursery school perimeter. If there had been pedestrians there they would have stood little chance.
God forbid, it could have coincided with nursery starting or ending. I have kept all correspondence with Councillors Olwen Evans and Terry Burton. Around the time of the local elections, they took more interest and led me to believe it would be discussed at a meeting.
