A TEENAGER has died after being hit by a car outside a television shop in Finchley.
The 19-year-old was struck by a Renault Clio at around 11pm last night in Regents Park Road and was declared dead shortly after the crash.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene, outside Lees Television store, but could do nothing to save the young man.
The 28-year-old man driving the car stopped at the scene of the crash, and police have launched an investigation.
Officers from Alperton Traffic Garage have appealed for witnesses to the crash to come forward, and call 0208 998 5319.
The teenager has not yet been formally identified, but his next of kin have been informed of his death.
