FREE training advice will be given out at Barnet College’s Grahame Park campus today.
Last Saturday more than 500 people came through the door of a similar event at the Wood Street campus of the college where they were able to learn about courses which could enhance their career prospects.
Barnet College principal Marilyn Hawkins said: “With current figures showing that 2.5 million, and more than a fifth of people aged 16-24, are unemployed, it’s clear there has never been a better time to gain the new skills and qualifications needed either to progress to a higher level course or get a good job.”
The sessions run between 10am to 2pm and there will be two further sessions in June.
