NETWORK Rail has pleaded guilty to health and safety breaches over the 2002 Potters Bar train crash.
The infrastructure company entered the plea at St Albans Crown Court yesterday, and will now face sentencing on May 12.
Seven people died in the incident when a set of faulty signal points derailed the 12.45pm London to King's Lynn service on May 10, 2002.
