HIGH-VALUE camera equipment was stolen from a van in Potters Bar last weekend.
The theft happened between 7pm on Saturday, March 5, and 11.20am on Sunday, March 6, in St Louis Close.
Police say one or more offenders took the equipment from the back of a silver Citroen Berlingo by removing the rear driver's side window to gain access.
PC Dean Edwards, investigating from Potters Bar Neighbourhood Team, said: “I am keen to hear from anyone who might have information about this offence or seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area between March 5 and 6.
“Also, if you are offered any of the camera items for sale and are suspicious, please do get in contact me.
“I am also urging drivers to be on their guard against such opportunistic thieves.”
Equipment stolen included:
A Nikon D3 still camera
A Nikon 300mm lens
A Nikon 17-200 lens
A Nikon 900 flashgun
A Tom Tom Sat Nav
