Hendon Football Club, established more than 100 years ago, has a proud record of playing in the top division on non-league football without ever being relegated.
Recently, the club has been ejected from its ground by landlords Barnet Council in favour of property development.
The club has survived by sharing a ground six miles away in Wembley.
Now that Copthall Stadium’s future is being discussed, could not a share arrangement be made for a local club in this vibrant community hub we are promised?
