FOUR sheds in the same road caught alight in the early hours of yesterday morning in Muswell Hill.

Three fire engines and 15 firefighters were called to tackle the blazes which involved a number of gas cylinders and raged from just after 2am to 5.30am.

Investigators are now trying to establish exactly what caused the fires, but have bot ruled out arson at the stage.

The previous evening firefighters were called to tackle a blaze at a flat in nearby Sydney Road, where seven people were forced to leave their homes.

Six fire engines and 30 firefighters spent nearly four hours from 7.40pm tackling the flames which damaged part of the second floor and roof.
