FREE children's activities are being offered across Hertsmere this February half term.
The borough council's Play Rangers scheme provides sport and creative art sessions for children aged five and above during the school break.
Councillor Brenda Batten (Conservative, Bushey Heath), portfolio holder for leisure, culture and young people, said: "It’s great that children have the opportunity to attend a range of events during half term.
“Any school holiday can be a difficult time for parents financially so the fact that the Play Ranger activities are free is good news all round"
Dates, times and venues of the free activities are as follows:
Monday 21 February
11am -1pm Millbrook Road, Bushey
2pm - 4pm The Moatfield, Bushey
Tuesday 22 February
11am -1pm Composers Park, Elstree
2pm - 4pm Phillimore Recreation Ground, Radlett
Wednesday 23 February
11am -1pm Oakmere Park, Potters Bar
2pm - 4pm Organ Hall, Borehamwood
Thursday 24 February
11am - 1pm area near Tesco, Shenley
2pm - 4pm Farriers Way, Borehamwood
Friday 25 February
11am -1pm Aberford Park Borehamwood
2pm - 4pm Ripon Park Borehamwood
