A FATHER of three from Potters Bar has published a self help book aimed at getting children to think positively.
James Koumis, 39, Park Avenue, wrote The Family Who Are Living Their Dreams after his construction firm almost went bankrupt.
The builder says he used the law of attraction - a philosophy that positive thinking equals positive results - to improve his life and avoid financial trouble.
Mr Koumis said: “I was suffering from depression, with money being very tight and having a mortgage and a family to support.
“The book tells my journey, the ups and downs, of how I started to change my life for the better.”
The first-time author says the book teaches children the importance of relaxing, having more fun and being more positive.
Mr Koumis added: “Society seems to forget they are our future. We need to bring them up with a good healthy attitude to life.”
The Family Who Are Living Their Dreams is independently published and is available now from online book stores.
