A PRISONER who escaped with a man from Barnet has been arrested in central London.
Robert Dixon, from the Pimlico area, escaped in September from HMP Sudbury in Derbyshire with Jodie Rouse, from Barnet, who is still at large.
Dixon, who was serving five years for robbery, was caught by Flying Squad officers in New Bond Street on November 25.
However, rouse, 29, is still on the run and police have renewed appeals for information to his whereabouts.
He was serving a ten-year sentence for firearm, robbery and violent disorder offences, for which he was jailed in 2007.
He is described as white, 6ft3ins tall of thin build with brown hair, brown eyes and a southern accent. He also has a mole on his nose.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 020 7230 8666 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
