THE woman accused of killing a leading human rights lawyer by pushing him under a Tube train is undergoing a sex change.
Cricklewood resident Nina Kangasingham, 34, appeared at the Old Bailey yesterday where she was remanded for the murder of 63-year-old transgender lawyer David Burgess, known as Sonia.
Ms Kangasingham, of Chichelle Road, is accused of pushing the Wood Green-based lawyer under a Piccadilly Line train last Tuesday evening.
She was remanded to Wandsworth men's prison to face another hearing on February 3 next year.
