AN investigation is underway after four people were rescued from a blazing Cricklewood flat on Tuesday evening.
Emergency crews were called to the three-storey building, in Brook Road, at about 7pm.
Six fire crews and about 30 firefighters attended the incident and rescued two adults and two children from the second floor.
The London Ambulance Service treated all four for smoke inhalation.
Firefighters from Willesden, West Hampstead, Paddington and Kentish Town spent almost two hours tackling the blaze before it was brought under control.
A statement from the London Fire Brigade confirmed the second-floor flat had been “partly damaged” by fire and the incident was being investigated.
