In a recent interview with Barnet Borough Sight Impaired (BBSI), Councillor Fiona Bulmer, cabinet member for social services, said: "I should like to invite BBSI members to take part in a borough-wide debate about radical and innovative ways in which the council might help its more vulnerable citizens.
"Let's start thinking the unthinkable!"
Presumably she was not referring to her voting to cut an £18,000 grant which allowed three blind workers to work and keep their independence?
