Five people were injured when two buses collided on a bridge over the North Circular Road by Brent Cross shopping centre on Sunday.
The drivers of the buses, a double-decker and a single-decker, along with three passengers, were rescued by the London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade.
The emergency services were called to the scene in Templehof Avenue at 7.52am. Three ambulances and an air ambulance were sent.
The driver of the double-decker bus was cut from the wreckage, suffering multiple leg injuries and was taken to Barnet Hospital.
One passenger from the bus sustained head injuries and was taken to the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, along with the driver of the single-decker bus who suffered cuts and bruises.
Another passenger from the single-decker bus had cuts and bruises to his leg and was also taken to the Hampstead hospital.
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade said crews from Hendon, West Hampstead and Wembley were called to the scene at 7.46am and remained there until 8.40am.
Emergency services also rescued another injured man from the scene.
