As a 15-year-old living in Enfield, I've grown up in a town that has changed a great deal.
I read about the supposedly imminent demolition of the Walker Ground club house in Southgate and have come to realise this trend of selling off land and commodities for profit is fast becomming the norm in the borough.
Enfield Town has been reduced to a building site by the new shopping centre - an innovation which is sure to be the final nail in the coffin for some of the borough's family run stores and newsagents.
Just a few years ago, Enfield FC sold its stadium, a move which crippled the club almost beyond repair.
A few years from now, Enfield as we know it will well and truly be a thing of the past.
How long before Enfield's schools, parks, and houses are knocked down and sold on for financial gain?
