A MAN accused of killing a father-of-three in Edgware has appeared in court.

Louis Tate, 23, appeared before Highbury Corner Magistrates this morning charged with the murder of Garry Frater in De Havilland Road on May 30.

Mr Tate, of Rosamun Street, Southall, was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on September 8 alongside 21-year-old Jake Lee, who has also been charged with Mr Frater's murder.

Mr Frater, 32, died after he was hit by a car in the early hours of the morning after a night out in Watford.
