A persistent thief who spat at a council worker and punched a security guard lost his temper as he was sentenced.
Mohammed Ahmadpour, who appeared in court by video link from prison, threw his shoe at the camera as he told a judge who jailed him “I’m not going to accept this s***”.
Ahmadpour, 37, of Quackers Course, Mill Hill, was convicted of three thefts from shops in the City of London and two common assaults.
The court heard that on March 17 he stole Paco Rabanne aftershave from TK Maxx.
He was then chased down the street by loss prevention officers but when they caught up he punched one in the chest.
Just a few weeks earlier, on February 27, he spat at a homeless officer from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
The court heard that Ahmadpour became very aggressive towards her and spat in her face.
He was also convicted of stealing £20 worth of Red Bull from a Co-op storie on February 20 and pocketing over £100 worth of alcohol from Sainsbury’s.
On Friday (August 16) at Westminster Magistrates’ Court Ahmadpour was sentenced to 22 weeks in prison and was banned from entering the City of London.
As the sentence was explained to Ahmadpour, he began shouting “I’m not going to accept this s***” before removing his shoe and throwing it towards the camera.
