Police are urging potential victims and witnesses to come forward following a series of linked sexual assaults near a station.
Several sexual assaults near Brent Cross Station were reported to police between Saturday August 3 and August 6.
A man approached women and sexually assaulted them over their clothing on three separate occasions, Scotland Yard said.
On August 6 a fourth victim came forward to police stating that she was sexually assaulted.
Officers suspect the same man was responsible for all the assaults.
A suspect has now been charged with four counts of sexual assault, one count of kidnap with intent to commit a sexual offence, exposure and causing another to engage in sexual activity without consent.
He was remanded to appear at Willesden Magistrates on August 9 for his first appearance and has now been remanded to appear at Harrow Crown court on September 6.
Detective Inspector Neal Heffernan, who is leading the investigation, said: “We already have arrested and charged a suspect however, it is possible that the suspect could have assaulted other women who are yet to come forward.
"Please don’t feel like any incident is too small. We need the courage of the victims to report to us in these matters so we can make sure their attackers are stopped and prevented from further harassing and assaulting women.
“If you frequent Brent Cross station and have been assaulted or seen anyone being assaulted by the man in the photo, described as a black male, wearing a black tracksuit and balaclava and was seen to be riding a lime bike, then please come forward to us.”
If you have any information or witnessed any of the incidents then please come forward to police by calling 101 stating CAD7096/06AUG24 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 to remain anonymous.
