A man has been charged after an elderly man was taken to hospital following an assault.
Police are investigating the attack, which took place at Edmonton Green railway station on Tuesday (July 16) at around 9.53am.
A man in his 80s was sent to hospital in a life-threatening condition, where he remains at this time.
Zepheniah Dufeal, of Church Street, Edmonton, has since been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm with intent.
The 18-year-old will appear at Highbury Magistrates’ Court today (July 19) and has been remanded into custody.
A woman, 20, who was also arrested at the scene has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
